Chelsey strapless dress with pockets!

Like new condition. Strapless with molded cups seen inside. Black attached dash that ties in back: 3" wide. Each side of strap: 28". Bust: 16" with elastic back. Top to bottom: 30". Zips in the back. Made of cotton and spandex. Too big fur me, but this is going to look fantastic on the right girl. Has pockets which makes it just much better. Functional and fabulous.
