Chenault Wild Blue Swirl 100% Silk Blouse L

Nice Chenault blue swirl patterned light weight blouse. It has large 3/4 sleeves with elastic around end and a wild swirl pattern. There are ruffles around the collar and a black tie in front. This top is in good pre-owned condition. It does have a couple of spots on the front that have small lighter colored spots as can be seen on the last photo.
