steffi3tmc @dianabird i've put on a little weight myself, and I can definitely use a healthier diet. Let's make a pact to eat some freshfruits and vegetables, some rice and beans, and have some more soups in our diet! It's no use depending on restaurants/doctors to keep us healthy if we keep putting the wrong foods in her mouth. Right?
