Cherish Collection ladies rain/winter boots

Pre-owned Cherish Collection ladies rain/winter boots size 38 (equivalent to size 7 US) in great working condition! Only used on two separate occasions. Very sleek/stylish and resistant to water/harsh weather; can be on the heavier side (which is great to prevent slips). As you can see from the pictures, the boots can be folded to reveal its accented pleats. When unfolded, the boots measure to about 16.5 inches in length, and about 13 inches when the top part is folded. Questions are welcome.
