- Small frame, about 5" x 6" enclosing a textured print of artist Cherry Jeffe Huldah’s painting of a young lady with a white bonnet dotted with little red berries and flowers
- The exact name of the piece is unknown to me, nor the order in which the artist’s name is pronounced, as I’ve seen it written so many ways, however, Huldah’s work is well known for its Impressionist style and depiction of young ladies in fancy dress with a period style
- Image looks to be cropped from the original painting and mounted on hard cardboard set inside a moulded frame, possibly a type of hard wood, or Masonite covered with a tan paper backing
- Research on this piece shows that it may be from the 1950s
- Ornate, scrollwork frame is buffed with gold paint on the edges and interior frame, and has a small round hook on the back for hanging
- The overall piece is very sturdy, with no warping to the print, however, it does have some wear on the frame such as small scrapes, nicks, and markings resembling lead pencil, mostly on the back. The print has an overall yellow tone to it, with three blemishes which I have noted in the last two photos. Even so, when the frame is hung, you can hardly see any flaws because they disappear into the painting
- Great little painting for that shabby chic, Mid-Century modern, Victorian, Cottagecore home or gallery wall
