Cherry Off the Shoulder Dress or Coverup

Cherry Off the Should Dress, with ties that hold the dress in place on the shoulders! Size M, NWT. This dress is a someone transparent (see picture of my hand to show how much) so you ay need to wear something under it, or wear it as a cover up. It has a pretty ruffle under the bust and lovely details! Questions welcome!
