clothesforshare @grahamcopp hey laying flat. Waist is 18 inches. Inseam is 27 inches. Full leg outer seam from waist down is a touch over 39 inches, maybe 39 and a quarter.

clothesforshare @demivalka no prob! The 17.5 shoulder to shoulder was across the front. Across the back shoulder to shoulder near the top of the jacket, it is 17.5. Towards the middle of the shoulders, shoulder to shoulder across the back measures 17.
