Chetta B Dress

Chetta B formal fit and flare dress with crinoline to accentuate the look. Please note a small section is torn but can be easily fixed and is only on the crinoline so it can not be seen. Dress has not stains, tears or rips. The upper chest section is see through as you’ll see in some of my pics. Dress only worn once.
