The color of the dress is beautiful and the collar is very dramatic and would frame your face. The lay flat measurements are length 56", waist 16", hips 20", chest 17" and sleeve 23". This is a Vintage piece and sizing may have been different so please check the measurements and let me know if you have any questions. Also the fabric is very stretchy. I purchased this dress years ago so is preowned but never worn. It is very unique.
