Chevron Striped pattern flare/bell/slit-sleeved dress - No tags - Size Small?

Super cute lightweight dress with bell & slit sleeves. Belted. There are no tags, so I'm not sure of the size. The length from the back of the neck to the hem is 33" and from pit to pit is 17.5" I'm assuming it's a small. The fabric is silky and reminds me of a poly/cotton blend. The fabric is also on the thinner side, it's not lined. Good used condition, and comes from a smoke-free home. Thanks for looking! 😀
