I was willing for you to return the boots before even seeing the pictures but now that you have accused me of taking pictures to avoid the problem area and being dishonest I will need to think about it. jlsburgess @buygingermo you never gave me a chance and you can see the damage in your photos while you were saying they are in excellent condition. Whatever screw this entire interaction. I’ve made many purchases here and never dealt w this level of shadiness. They came from you chewed up or damaged in some way as you clearly see on my photos and if you look close to that area of yours you see it too. I was fooled and tricked because I absolutely love the boots otherwise. Sucks

buygingermo Hi JENNIFER, I figured out what you must have been talking about. It was probably from the clip I use to hang the boots. No big deal, just take a wet towel and massage it out. I stand by the fact that these boots are in near new condition.
