Chi Chi London Blue Floral Dress

An absolute showstopper of a cocktail dress that is sure to make a statement. Sturdy (you can wear it without a bra) with a flattering defined waist. Knee length with a dip in the back (seen in third photo). Only worn twice but has some slight pulling in small area near waist (fourth photo). Not noticeable when worn. Laying flat: 13 inches across waist (~26 inches around) and 16 across bust (extra room because of darts, so will accommodate a 34 inch bust)
