Chi Chi London Blue and White Floral China Print Dress: Off the Shoulder Bardot

Only worn once! I ordered this for my college graduation with plans to alter the skirt, but once I received it, realized I couldn't easily do with it what I thought I could. I wound up wearing it once, for like two hours and I was in such a rush I forgot to even cut the tag off lol. NWOT or EUC? You decide! Would make an amazing prom or formal dress!
