mplserin @elissamlf hi, I have BOTH, ITALIAN sizes 46 and 48, so that's 10 & 12 US sizes. Also fits a size 8 friend who tried the size 10 one on, and the one that's size 12 def fits 14 because the fabric's so stretchy.
