Chiasso Black Jeweled Neckline Cocktail Dress Size 14W

Beautiful beaded high neckline. There is a gem missing from right in front (I purchased that way). There is also a loose gem near the back that could probably be fixed by someone better at sewing than me. Worn once. From a smoke free, pet friendly home.
