Chic Navy Scarf Design Dress

This classy empire waisted dress has a deep navy sleveless bustline with two navy button, and the bottom flows out in a silky navy, white and periwinkle blue scarf design. It is a generous size 10 (fits me and i can wear 12-14), so I am calling it a M. A great dress for work as well as parties! It is "flowy" - not clingy - and comes to the knee.
