Chic Neutral Top with Turquoise Detailing

NEVER WORN! This is absolutely one of my favorite shirts ever! I bought it this summer, but it's actually still too small for me even after I lost weight. It's a large, but runs incredibly small. I would say it actually fits like a small. I'm a medium now, and it's still small for me. The turquoise detailing on the waist and bottom are STUNNING!! Back has bow tie. Lace shoulder detailing as well, which is shown. I'm telling you, YOU NEED THIS!
