Chic “Rock’N’Roll” Black Rachel Roy Dress

This black dress has a tattered mesh top that adds some edginess to this otherwise delicate baby doll dress. It has a racerback neckline and hidden pockets. I wore this on New Year’s Eve in Chicago.
