Chic Soul Stepping Ahead Leopard Dress with cute Neon Tassles 1X

Reposhing this item I purchased from @gina_webster. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Cute cheetah print dress with fun neon tassels on the front and around the sleeves. I have enjoyed this dress for a while and it’s been one of my grab & wear for the summer. It has been worn, but has a lot of life in it still. it’s time to let someone else enjoy it b/c it’s gotten too short for me. So taller people may want to wear bike shorts under it ( i did last time, haha).
