Chic, dark blue choker dress - NWT

Dark blue Chetta B choker-neck dress. NWT from TJ Maxx. I bought this for a wedding but later decided on a different dress. This is tagged XL but it runs small, so I am listing it as a L. (Please be aware of this when buying.) I think it’s just too tight for an XL. Pretty dress with the built-in choker. Light stretch.
