Sized notebooks like the field notes, pocket moleskine, leuchtturm a6 and pocket word notebooks. Basically notebooks measuring 3½" × 5½". You can also use passport sized notebooks. Although a little shorter, it works well in this cover. Hope this helps!

@smithandames I would say it’s medium. It’s floppy but with enough structure that the spine won’t bend in once the inserts are placed in.
