Chic white H&M skirt retro buttons

Beautiful white skirt with gold buttons (fake) and hidden zipper. Fabric is polyester but thick, very little stretch, feels more like a light denim or cotton. Hits me above the hips (not high waisted). Barely used, looks like new, see pics for measurements. Size 6. Questions/offers welcome!
