Chicago Top

Short sleeved white top with black Chicago lettering and picture of Chicago skyline and a cute handkerchief hem. Never before worn. Has new size sticker still on it but not the price tag. Size small. For reference, my bust measures 34 1/2”. I can wear it, but iit’s a little snug through the chest.
