Chich hipster unique European dress

Friend gave this to me, she got it in London(oo la la la) I wore it once and I loved it with my gladiators. This dress is super unique and chic. It is sized as a medium but I think really for American standards it is a small. Adjustable arms. The color is a blue gray.
