Chico’s 2 piece batwing too and long skirt set

Does not have tags but never worn, burnt orange and black, ladies size 16. Silky material. Long flowy Skirt is 38 inches long and has black inner lining. Top is 24” long…skirt upper and top lower both have 3” high elastic band as pictured for tummy slimming effect…no pockets
