Chico's 3/4 Sleeve V-Neck Tunic-Size 3 or XL. The material is 60% Cotton and 40% Modal. Laying flat measuring armpit to armpit it is 23'' and 29'' in length. It is in great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure pit to pit laying flat for the armpit to armpit measurement.
