Chico’s black velvet open front jacket has ruffled trim at neckline, front opening and cuffs. Two front chest flap pockets. Back has yolk and princess seams. Very soft rayon/ silk velvet. Full lining is 100% silk. Great for evening wear or cute with jeans. Bust measures approximately 45”. Length is 24” from center back. Only worn once and dry cleaned.
