Beautiful moss green and black burn-out panne velvet tunic shirt by Chico's Design. Collared neckline. Shell buttons down center front. Straight hem with 5.5 side vents. Long sleeves with straight hem with a 1 inch vent. 72/28 rayon silk, dry clean. No stretch. Black areas are semi-sheer - I wore layered over a cami. Vintage - purchased in 1999 from the store - I am original owner and it's not been worn much. Tagged a Chico's 1 - medium. Bust 40 Hem 40 Length 27 Sleeves 25.5 Excellent well cared for condition - no flaws. Original owner - was not worn much. Smoke free home.
