No holes or major wear. MARKED SIZE & BEST FIT (WHEN KNOWN): - Marked size 1 (equivalent to a medium or 8 based on Chico's size charts) FABRIC CONTENT: - Rayon knit shell with polyester lining CARE INSTRUCTIONS: - Dry Clean Only FEATURES & ACCENTS: - Elastic waistline - this does have a lot of stretch and seems like it is meant to fit snug! - Very detailed crochet-knit shell with chevron beaded detail - Somehwat sheer inner lining that comes to about a mid-calf length. - The full skirt should hang to about floor length on most if worn at the waist. MEASUREMENTS (FLAT LAY IN INCHES): - WAIST (across top of waistline) = 14 (relaxed) - HIPS (approx. 7 inches below waistline) = 14 (relaxed) - OVERALL LENGTH (top of waist to bottom hem) = About 42.5 inches (slightly shorter on the sides).
