Drape front cardigan with flutter 3/4 sleeves. Probably Chico’s ( tag has been removed) Probably a size 3 or L. Black Ivory mesh. Diamond with circle pattern. Would go great over Blk Travelers top or any Black tank top. Barely worn. Excellent condition
