cgncognito @eyeswitnesstaco hi there, I am so sorry. I have been really sick w Gallbladder issues and totally forgot about your request. But the measurements are as follows …. Waist is elastic but before any stretch waist is 15” & hip area (skirt is flowy but to measure, Ive got it laid flat and the full width) is Approx 24” … hope that helps
