This is a gorgeous Chicos jacket. It is a Chicos size 3, which is equal to a traditional size large or dress size of 16. There is a beautiful pattern with greens and blues and blacks with some very subtle bead and sequin accents. This jacket is workplace appropriate and it can be dressed up or dressed down.
