This Chico's rayon/silk brocade jacket is exquisite. Black with bold colors-turquoise and red. Buttons are metal. Two pockets. Flattering fit. Binding hem - bottom, sleeves and opening of jacket. Measures 26 " L in back not including 1 1/2 inch collar. Sleeves are 23 1/2 " from top of shoulder.
