Chico's Patterned Fringe-Detail Sweater Vest

Sleeveless vest with side slits. I purchased this black & white sweater vest because I loved it but turns out I've never worn it! I'm 5-8" tall and the fringe hits just at my knees. This is a Chico's size 0, and I typically buy size 8. Chico's sizing is different. Their size 0 says it's a Small / 4-6, but I believe this must run larger because it fit me.
