This is a great Chico’s Parka style jacket. It is a textured, almost quilt like fabric that is soft and silky feeling. It is very warm and fits (in my opinion) slightly oversized. It is a little big for me and I wear a 14 or 16. Sleeves are long and meant to be cuffed to show the shiny interior side of the coat. Coat has 2 side pockets. It has a small mark on the collar as shown in the last picture. Otherwise, this coat is in great, barely worn condition. Size - According to Chico’s size chart, their size three is a 16 to 18 equivalent.
