Chico’s Red & Black blouse

NWOT. Have never worn but took off tags. Ruffle detail on front of blouse. Kinda sheer blouse with black tank underneath that can be taken off if you wish. I took pic to show the snap buttons that hold tank in place. Size is a Chico’s size 3 which is a 16/18. Also has pretty velvet around color. Such a pretty blouse just no longer is going to fit to keep.
