Chico's NWT stripe button down roll-tab sleeve blouse. Eyelet design so you will need a layer underneath for coverage. Colors are cobalt blue and bright white. Buttons are real mother of pearl. Fabric is 100% linen except for embroidery which is 100% cotton. Made in India. Machine wash cold with similar colors gentle cycle. Size is a Chico's 1 which equates to a regular size 8 or medium.
