Chicos Size 3 jumper, cool retro print. Wide legs that fall to tea length. Zipper back. Sleeveless. Comes with a fabric tie belt that I would use as a head band instead. I wore it with a wide stretch belt as in the picture (that belt isn't included). Great outfit if you like to stand out in a crowd. Not a dress, but fit this category best.
