Chico’s black and white striped maxi dress Plus size 2, cold shoulder, like new

Never worn new w/o tags maxi dress from Chico’s collection, has open, draped style and elastic waist, as well as subtle black hoops to hold a belt. The sleeves have little gold toned buttons on the open “cold” shoulder style, and small side slits on both sides for ease of movement. Neck is boatneck, waist can be at natural waist or hiked up to empire. My boobs are too small for it. Oops.
