Navy blue flowy Travelers Collection by Chico's blouse. Three layers of slightly sheer material. Solid navy colored outer layer, white and navy blue stripped accordion folded second layer, with white tank top base layer. Sleeves consist of only top layer and are sheer. Size 3. NWOT. Was washed but never worn. Measurements: Armpit to armpit approx. 24.5" Length from armpit to bottom approx. 16" (sheer outer layer extends below this)
