Chico’s brand black white polka dot blouse cold shoulder 3/4 sleeve size L tunic

Chico’s black blouse with white polka dot size large, has cold shoulder opening and 3/4 length sleeves, very comfortable and flattering style. I believe I wore this once but it’s in excellent condition.
