Chico's cap sleeve paisley dress - Size 3 NWT

Very flattering NWT Chico's cap sleeve dress. This is a Chico's size 3 (14-16), however, I think it fits more like a 12-14. Fabric is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. Length is 381/2" -just above the knee. Additional measurements are available upon request.
