Chicos dress with black criss cross, size 2, EUC

this soft, flowy dress is not tight around the tummy (at least not on me). the material and cut are perfect for traveling. it also looks great with tights or leggings in the winter. sleeves are 3/4. it isn't lined. no pockets. all measurements and tags shown in the pictures. chicos size 2 is about a 12/14.
