Chico's jacket/blazer

Unstructured B/W jacket with 3/4 sleeves for those of you who like to show off your watches & bracelets. Open front perfect with black slacks, a tank or sleeveless turtleneck. Fully lined, cotton/poly blend that feels like linen. Chico's Size 2 equates to a 12-ish. I wear a 12/14 and it fits. Sleeve measures from neck to cuff 23". Neck to hem 22". Slight A-line.
