It’s covered in dark navy, white and light blue flowers. The rayon/spandex blend makes it comfortable to wear and cleaning is a breeze – machine washable and hang to dry or low heat in the dryer. It has a braided navy-blue belt with shells decorating the ends. Remove the belt before washing. Add a sweater or a jacket once the weather cools off – my choice would be a denim jacket!
