Navy blue popover blouse in a longer tunic length. Has brass buttons on decorative epaulets and down the front about halfway. V neck. Has an interesting layered detail on one side for an asymmetric look. Sleeves have buttons at the wrist but also have roll-tabs. One of the shoulder buttons has a spot of tarnishing, but in generally good condition. Chiffon style fabric that does not stretch.
