Chicos quilted vest

Chico- Quilted vest with a gold tone. Lightly lined and has wonderful knit sides, adding a little extra stretch. Size 3, measurements are approximate. Worn once and is a very beautiful vest. Adds warmth as it is heavier than most vests. Has a higher collar as well. Chest- 22”, laying flat Length- 29”
