Chicos rhinestone embellished blue top large

Chicos navy blue Embellished shirt. The front is t-shirt material and the back is silkier. They are sewn together halfway down the and the remainder is open. Slightly longer in back There is a row of silver beads and rhinestones around the neck which almost looks like a necklace. There are scattered clear and silver beads and rhinestones on the front of the shirt. I don't see any missing. No tags, just "by Chicos" 42 inch bust 25 to 28 inch length
