Chico's silk blend midi flowy skirt

chico's flowy midi length skirt. size 1 ( Size 8/small) see photos for measurements. lined. 70% cotton 30% silk a little elastic stretch on the sides. waist flat is 14.5". stretches to 16.5". navy and white design with sequins along the bottom hem back zip pre-owned in good condition, however there is a small flaw I've pointed out in last photo. it's along the waist band on the side. 957
