Chicos sleeveless dress

Navy dress with cream polka dots! Two layers. The outer is semi-sheer, while the inner is solid. This allows for play in scale between the sheer, larger dots and the smaller, cream circles. Note the fringe around the larger dots—see last photo. Length from pit to hem is 28”. Bust is about 18” (I say “about” because of the gathering at the neck. While there is more room, I think you wouldn’t want to stretch it to the limit, so it looks like it’s pulling.) This dress shouts FUN from the treetops and then comes in for a couple of Oreo cookies. Or, does it want the cookies first?
